Maintaining Focus and Discipline is like a muscle

I heard this metaphor on a Youtube video and I thought I'd share it because it really resonated with me...

'The ability to maintain discipline and to stay focused is like a muscle. Its a muscle that you strengthen, It's a muscle that you need to exercise, It's a muscle that can get weak and need rest'

This is your muscle , it behaves like dick in the head expanding and contracting based on threat ,it manages your discipline.
