Can you summarize the content of the book?

It's a very detailed description of several S&P futures day trading systems he developed and used himself in 1990's. There are lots of example trades, charts and system metrics, and it's interesting to see how he evolves the systems over the years, as in fact there are three mini-books within the book covering different time periods.
