picking your first firm

what are the details i should be looking at when i pick my first trading job?

currently have two offers, one from a prop shop, one from a energy trading firm.

just looking for advice.

salary
working hours
job security
potential upside
career development

how should i choose between the two?

well i mean i could.... and probably lose my bankroll..reload and repeat a few times. these are entry level positions
