Can anyone recommend any remote FX / cfd prop firms that don't require any training or tests. I found Blue Point Trading which pays from the start, but would be interested in any recommendations. Thanks.

They do charge a fee of $500
Also where are they really based? WHy are they not a in tightly controlled jurisdiction like UK/USA?

No not yet but I had a conversation with them. Plus the fees are stated on their site.
