Hi guys,i`ve just got MetaStock Professional 11 for eSignal, and i subscribed for quote centre by mistake.is there any way i can configure the real time data from quote centre to work on metastock esignal.i`ve been trying for hours but keep getting the same erros :
DBC DATA MANAGER(WINROS.EXE) COULD NOT BE FOUND.
IT MUST BE RUNNING BEFORE DATA IS COLLECTED.
SERVER HAS NOT BEEN SET UP WITH A REAL TIME DATA VENDOR.
THE VENDOR DLL WAS UNABLE TO ATTACH TO HTE DATA VENDOR.
UNABLE TO ATTACH TO DBC SIGNAL.
Ive tried to reinstall the MS 11, 3 times using different options for the vendors
1 esignal
2 signal broadcast
3 no vendor
and none of them worked so im still unable to access any data using metastock and to be honest im not interested in using quote centre for techical analysis the only reason i subscribed for it was to use metastock.
Another thing i tried was,i opened MS 11 offline when to tools-options-real time-configure server-data vendor and in this window it shows
VENDOR DLL FOLDER : C:\Program Files\Equis\MetaStock\Servers\Venddlls
and bellow that thats an desabled option " This vendor does not support configuration from this application.
And bellow that:
Vendor configuration is avaliable through the data broadcasting manager application"
What does it mean and do i have to do?? Please help
