Morning Stock Talk - Wall Street is no place for investors right now

"The odds don't pay you to be invested," says Tom Busby, CEO of Diversified Trading Institute, who tells Andrew O'Day the market remains mired in a tight trading range until Labor Day at the earliest. "We're trading from the low end to the high end, and the high end to the low end. the way to take advantage of that trading range is to trade - not invest." Busby says to keep an eye on the 1040 level for the S&P 500 as a midpoint in the swing, "but above it, you're thinking higher. Below it, you're thinking lower."
