Morning Stock Talk - Tower: The rally still has legs

"There are still people under invested in equities and so every time the market goes down a little bit, it's an opportunity." That's the take from Ken Tower, senior vice president at Quantitative Analysis Service. He tells Steve Potisk, "investors are anticipating at least a bottoming in the economic downturn and then the question is going to be how much of a rebound do we get?" According to Tower, the rally still has "some legs to it."
