Morning Stock Talk - Leone: We are correcting yesterday's TARP overreaction

"People are looking at yesterday, they overreacted too much. I think people expected too much." That's how Todd Leone, managing director at Cowen & Company, explains today's modest Wall Street advance. Leone tells Andrew O'Day financial stocks are the ones to watch. "They had a nice rally up until yesterday, and unfortunately yesterday took them all back down to where they were." Leone says some traders today are nervous about bank CEOs testifying on Capitol Hill, "because if you put too many shackles on these guys, it's going to cause trouble."
