Morning Stock Talk - Kleintop: Tough jobs report will force progress out of Congress

"It's tough for Congress to drag their heels as they have been in getting this fiscal stimulus package and the bank rescue plan announced as we're losing nearly 600,000 jobs a month." Jeffrey Kleintop, chief market strategist at LPL Financial Services, tells Andrew O'Day there has not been a time recently in which Wall Street was so tethered to Washington. "People ask me 'What do you look at, what are you monitoring?' It's those communications out of Washington that are shaping market reaction."
