Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- The Chicago Board Options Exchange Volatility Index, a gauge of how much investors pay for insurance against share-price declines, fell 16.4 percent to 66.96 today. This report includes commentary by Katie Stockton, chief market technician at MKM Partners, Brian Belski, U.S. sector strategist at Merrill Lynch & Co., Jessica Hoversen, a foreign-exchange analyst at MF Global Ltd. and Andre Julian, chief financial officer at Option Investments.
