Frankel Says Euro May Replace Dollar as Reserve Currency

July 21 (Bloomberg) -- Jeffrey Frankel, a professor at Harvard Universityand member of the U.S. panel that determines when economic recessions and expansions begin, talks with Bloomberg's Tom Keene from Cambridge, Massachusetts, about the rise in commodity prices, potential for the euro to replace the dollar as the world's dominant currency, and the U.S. economy.

Economically it could be justified but there are other things that must be considered, i really dont think US could support any other currency than hes unless its convenient for their interest. I am not talking bad about them i simply think Mr Frankel is not looking at the whole picture.
