Morning Stock Talk - Tower: A lot of 'question marks' hanging over the market

"High oil prices bother everybody, people are nervous about high food prices," and so there are many questions still hanging over this stock market. So says Ken Tower, Chief Market Strategist at Covered Bridge Tactical. He tells Steve Potisk the Fed is likely to cut interest rates a quarter point this week, but then change the "bias" to a "neutral setting." Tower says the big question is "what was the cost of stabilizing the financial system" and will it lead to unchecked inflation?
