Morning Stock Talk - James: Market is hooked on Fed's cotton candy

Fed programs are like sugary junk food for the market, says David James, senior vice president of James Investment Research. James tells MarketWatch Radio's Larry Kofsky that Fed programs, "whether it's quantitative easing or the Twist, it's kind of like cotton candy for the kids. It may not be the most nutritious of things, but it seems very enjoyable."
