| How can I automate my strategy with a spreadbetter
I have been manually trading a strategy I've developed over the past 5 months and have built an indicator both for IG charts and GFT charts. The indicator tells me exactly when to get in and I have fixed exits based on a certain number of points profit, or loss. I'm happy with the indicator, but fed up of sitting in front of the computer, just to trade 2 or 3 times a day, so would like to automate it and not even have to look at my computer. I know I can turn the GFT indicator into GFT strategy, but I'll still need to have my computer on. Does anyone know of a way that I can turn this into a strategy and have that sat on a central server somewhere and automatically put the trades on for me (I know I'll need to manage it, and error test, put in many failsafes etc). I'd prefer to still trade via a spreadbetter (with tight spreads) but would consider going through a normal broker if need be. I'm trading major FX pairs and major indexes only. Thanks |
