Does anyone here trade penny stocks? Where do you find good penny stock picks, and information? I am always looking for undiscovered penny stocks, so if anyone has any ideas, let me know!!!

I use *.....I have used them (among others) for well over a year, and have made lots of big profits! They also alert alot of sub-penny stocks....which are my favorite!!! Good Luck!!!

In the USA, a penny stock is a common stock that trades for less than five dollars a share and is traded over the counter (OTC) through quotation ..

I love the MicroCap space! 25mil - 250mil. Im testing out some ideas.

Right now I'm following MNDO and BCIS

If you are looking for a paid service, pennystock.com, but they are like everyone else. You have to take their reccommendations and watch the charts. They do REC more liquid picks so chartist can go to work there.

MNDO Buy
SLoss 1.86

MNDO Is an Israel(ian) company that is out putting @8% Div Yields. P/S is rather high @ 2.5ish So keep your stops tight at 1.86.

TICC Buy
SLoss 6.63

Ok not a penny but its only @190Mil Market cap
And with a good 8% yield who can complain

Thanks RJ, they look good. Anywhere else you get your picks from?

I only trust them, and PennyStockChaser.....Were you able to get in on * IVIT pick today? I bought it about 2 weeks ago when they first alerted it, and sold it today for a 50% profit! It went as high as 66% today! Not too bad! Gotta love penny stocks!!!!

I have a question for the penny stock traders here. How long on average do you expect to hold your stock until it produces reasonable results, or else exit for a loss? Just wondering if you are looking short term, maybe 2-3 months or several years. I never traded penny stocks and really have no desire to, but I'm always interested to see how others trade.

Thanks,
Peter

Penny stocks trade quite a bit different than your traditional "big board" stock. With penny stocks, I would say only about 10% of them actually trade on financials, fundamentals, and company developments.....The other 90% trade on purely hype and momentum. The key is getting in at the beginning of that hype, and getting out before its over, which in most cases for me is 3-4 days tops.

OK, that pretty much answers my question, although it wasn't quite what I was expecting. I'm a technical trader with very short term holds, mostly day trades. I had guessed this wouldn't be much use in penny stocks, but the very short expectency period you are using is what would make these type of stocks interesting to trade.

Thanks for the response.

Peter

Tight stops. 10-15%ish (Some will say thats not tight but in Penny land 10% is tight!)

Let the winners run

Hey mate, bung these in your watchlist:

SAR (sareum holdings) £0.01,7
BKIR (bank of ireland) its ticker is IRE on NYSE but its 4x the value of one uk share €0.12 (in uk/ireland)
IPM (irish life and perma group) €0.07

If you wait for a 5-10% drop you'll often get it back the next day

BKIR often moves 40% plus in a weeks trading

could you call a bull trend in oil, or silver or whatever, will the penny stocks in the sector follow it up?
