ATMs: The Hidden Cost of Convenience

Maybe its different in the US, but in the UK most ATM's don't charge, and if they do then they are clearly labeled to this effect. Anyone needing an idiots guide to ATM cash withdrawals is an idiot, Period.

If you didn't have 110 posts to your name then I would have bet this was spam. Even if its not spam, it isn't very interesting is it?
