Does anyone still think technology is a good buy?

Yes. I recently bought an in car Satellite Navigation System and it's brilliant. I've always been interested in GPS and actually bought my first one over 12 years ago. They were quite crude back then and simply displayed lat/long with a few other features. But this new one has detailed maps (in colour!!:-0 ) and a sexy female voice giving detailed instructions... although I generally prefer sexy females who are obedient.

update! this is actually decent news
