Market wizards is great for inspiration. You gotta get that.

But my favourite book of all time... which is not on your list... is Reminiscences of a Stock Operator by Edwin Lefevre This is a timeless classic first published in 1923. This book that teach you more than most "how to trade" books.

I hear John Murphy is good also. I have just ordered his book. Technical Analysis of the Futures Markets: A Comprehensive Guide to Trading Methods and Applications.

I have the New Market Wizards which I found great - not sure what the difference is between the 2 though?? I also have the Reminiscences of a Stock Operator but not managed to read it yet as I only got it just after Christmas!!

I only have the original. Couldn't tell you... although I presume different traders & their storys.

i have read the naked trader book and done his course, it's ok, and it's the same as what he covers on his 1 day course although the course is around the £650 mark and the book is a lot cheaper.

i would say though, if you have any experience it may be a little too basic.(the course and the book)

I have some trading experience but still learning.... maybe i'll get it and try reading it and if its too basic I'll lend it to a friend or something! lol!

I figured it might just be different people - shame they dont have a dvd or video of the book!! That would be far more inspirational!!

Apparently some of later ones in the list are very technical but very good...
