Hi folks,
I've been thinking of moving to the UK for a while now and finding a job in Trading. As the title states, I don't have a degree but I do have experience working for a prop firm trading a live account* (I got incredibly lucky landing that job, now that I think about it).

* Profitably, of course, and using algorithms I developed - I don't know if that makes a difference.

Since a lot of the Traders on this forum are in/from the UK, I figured you would know more about the industry there and could tell me if this is feasible or not.
As far as why I don't have a degree, I was actually a student when I got that job but I quit once I realized it was redundant to keep going to school if that was the career I was studying to get into.

Thanks in advance for any help/criticism.
Note : I have an EU passport so as far as immigration goes I'll be alright.

I'm at university atm and will get a trading job. From my perspective it seems absolutely every firm has a minimum requirement of a 2:1 degree or above.

Some of the very small firms may not have the requirement, but I'd say your best bet is to somehow make some people with influence aware of you. You read books like Liars poker and it seemed so easy to walk into a trading job throughout the 80s, just with a little ambition and drive. I would already be rich if I'd have been around then.

I went to a careers fair a couple of months ago and it was the big banks there, jp morgan, morgan stanley, citi etc. All of them had the strict 2:1 degree or above policy it seemed. I didn't stay long though, everyone was just there scrounging for jobs.
