I have an account 0 spreads (premium account) with WorldSprads from May 2011.

Peter, what is the answer to the problem with WorldSpreads not paying out their clients’ money?
 
They are bad even by bucket shop standards. Avoid.

Now I know I should avoid WorldSpreads, but now I have a lot of money in WorldSpreads account and I have to get my money

so just their advertising should look like.

They do not want to pay my money becouse their customers are perhaps earned a lot of money. I guess they lost to the cash flow. I do not know what is going on.
If it is their standard procedure is not a problem FOS help me but it seems to me that something is wrong with their finances. I will let you know what they will say on Monday.
 
Never a problem to withdraw funds int he past, although it was always small amounts. Is it because they are accusing you of trading 'unfairly'?

I have an account with them longer than 2 years, from this year I have 0 spredu account. Previously I don`t have any problem with the withdraw money. Only now I have problem when it wants to withdraw money from my zero spreds account. I wanted to withdraw more than 5000 pounds.

They send 2000 pound two weeks agoand and I asked for more than 5000 pounds but they say they can not transfer more, because my account is the investigation. They told me they can give me back only deposit.

Investigated for what reason? They'll have to tell you why.
 
Recent market volatility has enabled lots of WorldSpreads clients to make substantial profits, mainly on zero spreads products. Apparently there is a large group of professional traders in Germany and UK who have some sort of software advantage and WorldSpreads as yet can’t recognize which accounts belong to them. That’s probably why they are currently blocking withdrawals from more successful clients. Marco, you might be on their list. If so, I doubt you are going to take out any money soon. Any way, let us know.

I tried to contact them but people who are investigating do not work today and no one can tell me why they do not work today and when they will be able to contact with me.

I spoke with customer service but they can not help and they told me that I have to wait until they call.

Did you make an official complaint as advised? There's no point asking if you havnt done that.
 
Go to forexpeacearmy.com and make a complaint there too. They will also investigate this and put pressure on them.

I complained to WorldSpreads, but if I want a complaint to the FOS I need official answers from them but I can not contact with WorldSpreads Complain Department. Customer Service says that Complain Department conducting an investigation, and I must wait.

The problem is that I need money-and they do not want me to withdraw, until I do not talk with them. I want to talk with them but I can not.
