When they did play football in the last 30 minutes of the 2nd half they weren't too bad.

Children throwing tantrums. Agree with much of commentators comments that we should have punished them more. They got away lightly.

England played well I thought and can do better.

Good riddance to Colombian football, disgrace to the game.

Looked good early on but were hanging on in the end.
Few weak spots in the back line.
Chance to make the final, but no chance against France in the final.

Pat494 started this thread The behaviour of the Colombian team was really bad, which lost them the game.
But still a close run thing.

The Swedes will be tough to beat but at least they are civilized.

Plenty to practice before the match...…………..

Just watched the game via Iplayer.

The Columbians didnt stand a chance, what with the referee distracting them by spraying white lines all over the place.

There be 2 tough games in the other half of the draw for whichever team gets through to the final.......Thats a lot of tired legs and a good leveller....me thinks

England can do this......treat every game like its the final.

According to the pundits France have the talent but little teamwork. So no problem.

Well assuming you watched the match, it was pretty clear that neither side wanted to win given the omissions from either team. Unfortunately for them, Belgium scored and as a consequence they have 2 very tough games ahead, where they may or may not progress.

I am leaving it to Gareth, it's his job. But it wont stop me from telling you how things will unfold.......just like I told you all about Brexit

Pat494 started this thread Great game last night between 2 of probably the best teams in the tournament.
No boring defensive play from either but sadly there had to be a loser.
Belgium saved by their acrobatic goalie and Brazil robbed of a penalty.

Yeah and I think Belgium have enough to see off France in the semi

Now that would be some final......Belgium v England.......a regular Premier league clash.

Atilla will point out the obvious that Belgium have already beaten England, but with 8 or 9 first team players missing from each side, then the previous match has little to no relevance.
