I live on my own.

Am I greedy, fat, or both?

Disclaimer: The dog might get some of the ham.

Currently : Greedy
Soon : Fat

BTW - "ham" is slang for pen1s where I live. Just be careful what you go putting in that poor dog.

Where I live people say "ham" because "gammon" sounds too northern. We are all talking about the leg of a pig though, not c0cks.

It's bloody fantastic though, you all should try it! I boiled it for about 4 hours and then glazed it with marmalade and wanged it in the oven for an hour. It might even make it until tomorrow night :)

mate, I just broke a slice up into little bits and gave it to the Dog... he went MAD for it! Even more than he does for Liver goddamit! Its crack for dogs!

You gave it to the dog FIRST?

If I had a dog it would have to get by on Weetabix and skimmed milk for breakfast.

Rather than be rude may I say that cauliflower will cause you, both, to emit nauseous gases all day.

You can never have enough ham in my opinion. I watched a cookery programme the other night where the fat irishman cook basically steamed the joint in a bottle of white wine. I was thinking of having a go at that myself.

right, Ham in Coke is now ON. Watch this space.

How do you actually do that?
You just rack up a few lines in the bottom of a baking tray and then sit the ham on them?
How much coke do you use? I'd lose my appetite, personally....and would just be chatting rubbish for ages.

You should be all right so far as you don't start with grilled peanut butter and banana sandwiches.

Right, an update: The ham is now cooked, and resting. I'll leave it for a couple of hours or so before glazing it with cinnamon and marmalade and then give it about an hour at gas mark 6/7.

I have a really good recipe for ribs where you coat them with marmalade, soy sauce, garlic and a bit of chilli. Would probably do pretty good on your ham too.
