Please, do the following:
Close the terminal and run it again.
Check your Internet connection. Perhaps, your provider has some problems.
Click the inscription “No connection” and select the Rescan Servers menu item from the context menu.

I can see you company is growing fast. Though I don't really like you I run business through the internet. That's why I want to ask: do you have an affiliate program?
