What is the Best non US forex Broker that accepts US citizens?

Does anyone know what is the best forex broker , outside the USA, that accepts US citizens, so that we get around the capital gains tax and the 50:1 leverage restriction?

Have fun dealing with the IRS, and NFA/CFTC... You'll have no regulator body to petition if the broker messes with you, and the broker knows quite well about having no recourse against them.
