Hi there,

I am currently using OptionFair platform and I made a number of trades, most of them were unsuccessful and I am wondering if you guys can provide advices on being successful at binary options trading.

I would like to know which instrument is the best for binary trading; high/low, one touch or boundary.

How do you determine the price of the stock/pair before making a trade? Such as the chart, news and so on?

Any other advice?

Thanks.

Hi mate,

What I can offer you is to keep up with global financial news, it will help see where the market is heading. I also recommend using the one-hour trades, because it increases the chances that your predictions will be right on, while in long term trading, you know, things can go wrong.
Also don't just throw money away, but plan every future trade carefuly.
I recommend reading about binary trading in advance.

Thank you very much, I will look at the link that you have provided..

learn technical analysis, price action and just trading in general.

go through all of these sites and you should be doing good in however long it takes you to read and go through the material.

babypips.com
informedtrades.com
and get the book Japanese candle stick charting by steve nisin.

also investopedia.com has great resources. This is really all you need right now. The rest of the material will flow to you naturally as you progress.

i would say to keep up with the world news is a very good option. the only thing that worries me is the company you are trading binary options with???? there is only one legal company in the world and if your not using it then your money is not safe!!!
if you would like the details of the company that is legalised please dont hesitate to ask - [email protected]

I agree, keeping up with news flow is very important but I would love to know who you work for.

Only one legal company offering binaries in the world..... Really who is it?

if you email me i will be happy to deal with any questions you may have. please email me with your queries

Haha they are that legit that you are not happy to answer questions on an open forum but would rather people email you on a yahoo address..... Sounds like they are the boys to deal with.
:clap::LOL::clap:

to be honest the forum we are using does not like advertising on here so its actually a mark of respect!!!! the company i work for half an office in lloyds avenue London and their name is onetwotrade. if you would like to contact me through that we can talk. my name is Jack Martin and my IB number is 2018526

So they are the only legit company... yet the are registered in Malta by the gaming commission and they have a post box in a regus building in London.

You dont work for them as an IB you work for yourself!

Good luck but I wont be joining.

do yourself a favour mate, walk down lloyds street to number 3 come in the reception and ask for me. i can bring you up to the offices and you can walk around! then you can sit down and right me and the company a nice apology for your unnecessary rudeness. if your not interested then leave! im trying to make sure peoples money is as safe as possible when trading binary.

I didn't think it was unnecessary myself, but that's just my opinion.

According to me first you have to do some research on particular things in the market related to trading

I have no desire to come to London to be met by a receptionist that has never heard of your company. I live in sunnier climates but spent all my working life in the City so excuse me if a Lloyds street address doesn't impress me.

If you view our first spar you will notice that I highlighted that you claim to be the only legit binaries business yet you wouldn't mention them.... Strange, I'm sure they would be very impressed with you giving out your personal email instead of a corporate one.

Good luck, I hope it goes well for you... where ever you are!

I agree, this guy is 100% BS. There is NO regulation ANYWHERE for binary options at the moment. So safe is subjective. Personally, I have no issue with a lack of regulation (didn't do any good for the PFG Best clients or the REFCO clients and surely not for the world spreads clients). The funny thing about a lack of regulation is that it puts more scrutiny on the "who" are you aspect of the company as opposed to the "what" are they offering.

So not sure what that dude is selling, but it probably ain't legit.

No offense to OptionFair. They are a fine company. No issue with there platform as it's pretty good. Not the best. But nothing a new or even intermediate trader would notice TBH.

But advanced traders or those looking for the best, may want to look on to other possibilities and many truly exist. Safety of funds is another matter altogether, and there are ways to make sure of this to a fair degree.

Safety of funds is another matter altogether,
Yes it is but nomatter what your account size is this is a fundamental isue that one must not ignore...
and specially retail investors need more protection than the "advanced traders "
Don;t confuse between Market Risk and this broker risk

BTW there are new regulations which are coming into effect with regards to binary options. You can read more about the CYSEC regulations. Banc de Binary are the first broker to be listed as regulated but expect many more to quickly follow as it is now a requirement for brokers selling binary contracts who are operating out of Cyprus to meet with regulatory standards.
