first time poster here...

been playing the euro/dollar fixed odds market on bet365. been doing really well last 3-4 weeks. was getting ready for account closure :)

but instead of closing my account or restricting the amount of money i put on my bets they put a 6 seconds time delay on my bet process. what used to be a instant affair now takes an age and if the odds have changed in my favour they wont accept the bet and if by some miracle i manage to place a bet they wont let me close my position. at first i thought it was my pc playing up but after talking to customer service ive been informed that the delay was at the discretion of bet365 and a senior trader put that in place on my acc. gutted.

offering different terms to different customers on the same market must be discrimination but b365 wasnt interested.

Not surprised they've delayed you . . . but after just 4 weeks!
I managed a couple of years profitable binary trading with IG but since they delayed acceptance of my orders I can no longer make consistent profits. In fact, I'm down since the delays were implemented over 6 months ago.
It's hard enough to be profitable given the binary spreads but adding in a delay makes it frustrating and riskier. Also, IG has recently widened its binary spreads on some markets.

Best to take your money and run. If you continue to stay you will lose it all. They will make sure of it. It's only a fair market when you are losing. Beware.

Are you saying that there will be delay ig it?

ive recently added binary bets to my amoury and been doing quite well. My understanding is that if they are FSA regulated, like IG than the delay and other tactics would be seen as unfair. If they are not regulated by fsa than anything can happen. I would also appreciate if there is a difference with a firm regulated with FSA and one with gaming commission.Having worked for abookie and know 100s of them, I know they will try every trick possible.

That sounds like a bum rap. I would be furious if my broker had discretion like that, which is essentially a form of price manipulating. Instead of bet365 you might want to go with the purely financial trading platforms out there for your binary options trading, preferably with a firmly regulated option.
