activities while waiting on a setup?

Hi all, I am new to trading and have been trying to day trade based on a system which uses the ADX indicator. I usually get fed up after about an hour of dud's and miss the good opportunity when it comes along. Is there any activity that traders usually undertake while waiting on a setup or waiting to close out a position so that i don't fall asleep out of boredom?

get some gym equipment like a bike or stepper, position it near your charts and voila ....

Very important thread... it drives me nuts waiting to get in and out if i am doing short term stuff... I tend to just eat / sunbathe / surf on other sites ...

My personal favorite time killers are:

Chicken fried rice
Duck and boiled rice with stock soup
tuna sandwich

Eating because you're bored can have pretty life altering consequences mate...

Keeping things in perspective is no end useful in helping discipline along nicely.
