Hi trading friends. I am new here and thought I would introduce myself. I wondered if anyone else here does any daytrading with the Nasdaq 100 (QQQQ)?? If so I would very interested in discussing it. This is exclusively what I trade. I day trade options with the Q's. I look forward to hearing from you all. Thanks!

Hey Rifleman, I actually have began trading the QQQQ options rather exclusively...the system has been working well for me, especially nearing expiration where volitility tends to be very high. The vega coefficients nearing expiration have allowed for profitable moves on my end, just as long as I'm able to bet the right way...let me know your experiences...Thanks!

Hi NYCHoya, Are you day trading? I would love to contact you over the phone and chat about the Q's if you wouldn't mind. I don't know anyone else who exclusively is day trading the Q's like me. Have you viewed Darlene Nelson's DVD's on the Q's ? I would like to hear your experiences with the QQQQ's

My personal email is: [email protected]
I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi Mike,

Nice to meet you. I love trading the Qs, lots of volume. I trade the options, have not traded the stock in a long time. I prefer the put options, make more money shorting. Qs are up this morning, so I will be watching to short. I am trading USO stock, good oil trade. I am short that one as well.

Deep in the Money

Hello AnnaAnna, I am enjoying this thread as well as your blog. I like trading the Q's as well. Why are you buying your puts so deep in the money. I tend to buy the strioke price at around $1 which is usually the first strike in the money. Can you tell us which indicators you like to use for entry and exit?

THANKS!! Sal

Hi Sal,

I love trading the Qs options. I usually trade like you, when I am close by the computer and when the makrest is moving fast, f I am going to be away, I like the hi deltas., of course there are times that you can get stuck, been there done that.

I like to trade deep in the money, high delta, I am assured a better return. I am kinda of taking it easy and holding the puts longer as it is better on my tax return. There are days when I am fast and furious, making many trades, and then when i have to do taxes and match the trades, I'm kicking myself for making too many trades.

$VIX watch this indicator, if it goes to 30 or avve, maket will sell off.

Indicators - Fib retracement, parbolic sar, stochastices, volumn, EMA 5 & 28 this one is good when it crosses over. I use 1,3,5, 15 min charts, hope this help

SWEET!! This is what I've been looking for, someone trading the Q's successfully. Are you using any advisory service? Or just your own strategy? Have you looked at any advisory services? Just curious. I don't have a lot of time to day trade as I spend quite a bit w/ forex right now and my full time job...and I've seen some autotraded advisory services out there that seem appealing.

Thanks Anna!

Checked out your blog...looks like you do great. Did you just start the advisory service this month? I noticed you only have a couple blog posts.

Hi there, I started the blog because I I have a many trader friends around the world and this was an easy way to let them know what I am trading. I have coached many of them to trade. I have a live trading room, just closed it for the summer. In the room you can actually see my charts and trades in real time. Will bring it back in the fall. No advisory service, just me and my research. I have looked at several services, but don't subscribe to any. Be careful with auto trade, heard from many that you can lose fast.

Qs options trading is a great way to build your portfolio. I have many friends that trade those exclusively. I know one young gentleman that has made $3 million tin 2 years, trading the Q's options, mostly puts. He original investment was small.

NDX is great to trade. Moves fast and if you are the right side you'll profit quickly.

I trade Crude Oil emini contracts. Great money, it can move so fast, you have to be quick if you're daytrading. That one rattles my nerves.

Will update the blog this morning. I think we sell off again today.

Happy trading

Anna

Hi!!! Can I learn from both of you guys? I'm an option Trader too. Its great to know that both of you are just focusing on Nasdaq and trading to your advantage. I make use of the gapping stocks.Usually when they release their earnings.Big profits but risky.I'm looking for a methodology that allows me to have CONSISTENT profits and I think you guys are showing me that.

pls do email me at [email protected]ks! =)

Thanks, you can make good $$$ on the Q's, lots of volume and thats what I like.
