Hello All Traders...

How do we use Fibonacci accurately?I've seen on the charts that prices reverse at 23.8%,38.2%, 50% & 61.8% sometimes. Price can under shoot or over shoot a Fib. level.

Can somebody pls. give me a few tips/helpful advice on this subject matter ?

Thanks

Warm Regards
Jerry

Vendor eh! What you selling Jezza, fruit and veg or second hand cars? Ta ta!

twinsummit,
Draw two lines at twin peaks, then draw all the Fib lines and the next time price bounces off any one of those lines, you "know" Fib levels work.
If you use candles you can be even more successful and instead of price you can use candle high, low, open, close to see if it bounces thus giving yourself four more chances of success using Fibs.
Also use lots of different time frames, 25 tick, 1 min, 3 min, 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 30min, 60 min daily and weekly. You will see this gives you even more chances of success using Fibs.
Hope that helps.

Now what does twin peaks remind me of........

Ah yes, now I remember.
Don't forget Fib extensions at 1.238 and 1.618. The latter are really exciting peaks in a thrusting situation. Resistance at those levels depends on whether they wobble when they touch and whether they are real.
Feel is the only way of being sure.
HTH

Professionally, these are known as Silly Cone Extensions, btw.

True, literal is so much more fun.
Like the lyrics...never heard of Metherfor...............before.
Time for the markets, no more grooving up and down Silicon Valley.

I googled Metherfor Valley and apparently it's in Wales.
This is the road that takes you there.

Mr. Charts,
I am looking for twin peaks indicator as well, can you tell me how to find the plastic surgeon? My wife wants hers enlarged to 36DD and I can not afford it. So I have to withdraw some money from FX.

I googled today Silly Cone Valley (aug 11th 2008) and read through first 20 pages of the 136,000 results. and can not find the above indicator. Am I looking up at the wrong valley?

Hope you can show me the road sign to pleasantville.

thanks
