I don't quite understand how a company can be listed on multiply exchanges. For example, Aviva is listed in Paris | Virt-x | Virt-x | Frankfurt | Dublin | London.

It has circa 2,534.8 share in issue and a cap of 19.8billion. Are these figures for all the market listed added together or just for the UK? How would i value the company.....would i need to find the cap on each market(index) and add it together? because the 19.8billion figure i got from yahoo finance uk.

How do they do their reports? In GPB OR Euro's? thanks

Bullboy,

Try "Dual-listing" in Google search.

Grant (also Stockport).
