I just had a job interview a this firm called yesfx and they are interested in hiring me as a junior trader. The only pitfall i see so far is the 4k euros i have to give for the 2 months training courses (half infront half when they are over). This leads to learning their inhouse software for use.
Since i am new to this particular area i would appreciate any feedback on the company and whether its a sound investment to actually pay for the training course.

50,000euros live account.
Minimum trade per day: 1
Maximum trade per day: 3
Minimum or Maximum position size per trade: 100.000 (1 lot)
Intraday positions: All positions must be closed before the end of the trading session.
Maximum daily loss: €900

Hi,it,s a prop traders business model whereby they have to bring in new blood all of the time as very few people make it as a trader.Your chances are about zero, but you may make it as well.Do you have a degree in Economics or maths do you have a sharp mind, very sharp where prehaps you could trade millions on a daily basis,or weekly, or yearly, i suspect not, however i may be wrong it would be nice if i was as i could then say yes you have a good chance. However i doubt if you will make it as a trader with a prop house but please try if you want and please would you keep us up to date as you travel your road. There are other ways of spending your money.A part managed fund whereby you are involved look it up.Forex trading, Futures trading.Find a real Trader and beg him to train you, conversly look on the internet, ebay and take a signal service there are a few good ones there. But most of all do your research.Good Luck , look forward to hearing from you again.Regards Mike...P.S. $10,£10,10 Euro,s per point in the world of real trading is small beer and think most traders Retail would aspire to that level not many get there compared to how many set out on that jouney.Mike..

You're seriously considering giving a Cyprus based Fx operation EUR4000 in the hope that they'll turn you into a "successful trader"?

If it were that easy, don't you think everyone would be doing it?

OP
4k would open a nice little acct, where you could learn the ropes small stakes. Plenty of resources online and all of it free, including here.

Watch out

I had a similar offer some months ago and I turned it down. Watch out dude, because it smells like a Ponzi scheme :devilish:

It sounds like they are after collecting money from various aspiring candidates. They are collecting about 1500 euros ( so I heard ) for turning a fresh face into prop trader. Just imagine if they get 1000 such guys glued to the dream of becoming prop trader - they will have nice lil kitty of 1.5 mn euros, which they can manage on their own. I heard success rate in the industry is less than 2%. So you can imagine. Take care.

You got it bang on!!! This is exactly what these guys are up to.

Take that 4k and open an account of your own. Any firm that charges for anything is not gonna stay around long. They target noobs for their money. They have no intention of making you successful. Prop Firms that require a person to have a track record are likely the one's who stick around. Every one I know of has been around for 10-20+ years. All of these "education" firms barely make it 5 years.

Whenever you got such offer, just think once how and why ?

Away from this company

They don't open live account 50,000 euros but 5,000 euros but is not this the problem. I have heard from one friend that they take people to trade just to loose so the tax office to can not take from them money.
The 5000 euro you give to show you the 'system' they put this money to open for you account so to loose money and these money belogs to the company, because the traders loose they cover their profits.

havent heard from them, but a 4k euro is some what big for training dont your think, its not about the base of the broker, hf markets are based in cyprus but they are doing really well. but for a forex like yesfx i have not heard of before its some what scary, try to dig in deeper or find a way to by pass that 4k euro LOL but if it pays good hey its still a good job haha

Sounds sceptical. I don't like those trading rules. If a trade is in profit and looks like it has much more potential to go in favour why would they want you to close the trade if you and the firm can possible make more money? Maybe because the more trades you make the more money they make from the broker or your chance of success is reduced by not being able to let your profits run??

What i know about YesFx in Cyprus

Don’t attend the lessons of YesFx for the STA diploma. YesFx act as broker from the site https://www.sta-uk.org/ where you can buy all the lessons in much lower price. They also don't teach everything for STA exam.
Also don’t pay €5000 to teach you “profitable trading system” because is a fraud. Nobody there from the junior online traders earn money. People who have profitable trading systems to buy-sell currencies, commodities, stocks or indices they don’t sell for only €5000.
You can also search from Google , type keywords like “Yesfx reviews” before to pay anything to this company.

I suggest guys to copy paste this post to facebook and to Like and share to your contacts. Also suggest to your contacts to do the same.

Guys I am really lost I am trying to know about YESFX cause they offered me the training program and for which I have to pay 2550 Euros. I was so excited and I am was going to do it blindly but when I read some reviews I got lost so I will appreciate any suggestions as I just graduated from a University in Dubai with Bachelors of Finance and I can not find any job without experience and I thought this is my chance.
