(ATVI) staying at such low price. They have the most popular online game, the world of warcraft, and Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 are also coming in the future years. Look at other entertainment company like Disney, or NetEase. They have already gone twice as much since this March. GS seems to be forming a head and shoulder top with the right shoulder being worked out on the daily chart. Ideally you'd want to see the right shoulder formed below the left shoulder and in GS's case, it should also be below 50 DMA. Also the neckline of the h/s formation seems to be declining.

50 DMA is also acting as good resistance and failure to break above that would result in the test of support around 150-155.

in the morning but back office did not post it to my account until late
noon, and I missed the chance.

This is the chart of GM from May 29, the day before chapter 11 filing through Aug 28, 2009. Closing price on the day of chapter 11 filing was the same with that on May 29.

CIT Group files for US bankruptcy

The US lender, CIT Group, has filed for bankruptcy protection, after a debt-exchange offer to bondholders failed.

However, the majority of bondholders have agreed a reorganisation plan that will reduce CIT's debt by $10bn (£6bn) while allowing it to go on operating.

The group's operating subsidiaries, including CIT Bank, were not included in the bankruptcy filing in New York.
