Hi,

I've searched the T2W forum and can't find a single mention. Has anyone come across Investment Intelligence Corporation Pty / ProphetMax / Senen Pousa?

ProphetMax TM
Live Investing Broadcast with Senen Pousa (Replay) | The Elevation Group

Anyone throwing out an aggressively marketed and timed offer with language like 'you could have earned xxx' and 'earn huge returns without lifting a finger' (ok not exactly their words) makes me suspicious and I'd rather take time to do some due diligence and risk missing out on a discount before putting hard earned money in someone else's hands.

Watching the elevation group video, I liked his psych approach in encouraging the process of inquiry before trading but then googling for Senen Pousa I found some suspect websites referencing what looks like an earlier program he put together called 'the outsider code' in website meta tags and some very weird videos like this character reference:

Senen Pousa: The Outsider Code Review - YouTube

With a video like the one above floating around, should I take this guy seriously?

Thanks T2W

A search of the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) which are the Australian securities authority reveal that the Senen Pousa's company has been inactive since 2004 and submitted the last Annual Report in 2003.
ASIC Free Company Name Search

THIS LOOKS LIKE A MASSIVE SCAM TO GET LOTS OF MANAGED FUNDS BY SAYING THAT HE IS GETTING "UNBELIEVABLY" HIGH RETURNS.

He also says in his second video that you MUST sign a confidentiality agreement and agree to NEVER contact the bank where your funds are being sent to. If you do, then you forfeit ALL your funds.

BEWARE OF THIS SENSA POUSA and his INVESTMENT INTELLIGENCE CORPORATION

ProphetMax , The Elevation Group , Senen Pousa and the Investment Intelligence Corporation are a scam.

How do I know? This is from their website.
" Investment Intelligence Corporation holds the world's highest ranking for investment recommendations performance over the last 5 years. When compared with 15,137 MorningStar Funds and 195 investment newsletter recommendation services monitored by MarketWatch, Investment Intelligence Corporation's Passive ProphetMax service ranks #1."

Complete and total B#LLSh1T.

Anyone who send ANY money to these guys DESERVES TO LOSE EVERY CENT.

I am really getting sick of these scammers polluting the T2W forum

Thanks shewolf! I've posted this on their facebook page for all those who may be thinking of signing up to see... it's got quite a few interested but I hope this grabs their attention.

Needless to say, I'll be keeping well clear of them.

But in the spirit of the forum I'd like to invite anyone else to comment, especially those speaking on behalf of the company or its affiliates.

It looks like their bank account (with St George bank in Queensland) has been frozen pending an investigation into fraud.

SheWolf who's bank account in Queensland is shut down and being investigated for fraud? Please provide a link to the info.

Probably the reason a member here started the thread was not to promote ProphetMax, but to vet it.

The St George Bank account has been frozen and the Queensland Police have started an investigation into fraud by the Senen Pousa and Investment Intelligence Corporation Pty Ltd.

shewolf - how did you get this info that the police have started investigating? Have they raided their offices yet? TIA.

@shewolf @ nemo100 Do you guys have any updates on Pousa and the potential investigation? I've searched but cannot find any info..

Thanks

A majority of people at The Elevation group are starting accounts with 10k or more. Mike Dillard is saying he'll add a six figure amount to his account. If this isn't legit, many people will be affected. So if anyone has solid info, please share it. Please don't wish these people to fail. Many retirees and others can't makes savings at a regular bank because it gives a negative rate of return if you figure in fees.

I've read about Mitch Vasquez that ran a currency trading scam. I don't know if this is similar to what Senen's group is offering though. The lack of transparency at Investment Intelligence Group prior to investing is suspicious. You find out about the trading group only after you open a paid account and you can never directly contact the trading group/bank. I'm new to trading/investing so I have no frame of reference on this setup procedure. Share anything you guys have about this. It's not a waste to educate or warn newer investors of the sand traps of investing.

.

The above three points are important.

Anyone who send ANY money to Senen Pousa (or the Investment Intelligence Corporation Pty Ltd) DESERVES TO LOSE EVERY CENT.

Fortunately, the St George Bank account has been frozen and the authorities are investigating the company.(y)

Shewolf, how do you know they are investigating? Do you have an inside connection with authorities?

Investment funds are not sent to Mr. Pousa, they are sent to the investor's account that is opened with a broker. Funds that are sent to Mr. Pousa's company are for a one year membership in ProphetMax, a membership based service run by Investment Intelligence Corporation.

Membership gives access to training in the psychology of trading/success/personal growth and access to managed accounts (either by EA or live traders).

If you like this website: The Real Trading Truth you will find value in what ProphetMax has to offer.

Members are not required to invest in any of the recommended programs if they choose not to.

Why can't a person contact the forex broker/bank directly to buy the services if Senen doesn't run or is not responsible for it? Why the secrecy before investing and the non disclosure form that must be signed before opening an account "through Senen Pousa's" company?

The average 5% monthly returns (for the broker services) are above average and any investor should do research before investing in a service with claims that elevated. Claims that by their own admission beat out Warren Buffet. The returns chart on the ProphetMax banking/forex traders were only briefly available by a customer on a blog page that has now been designated private. Why?

Recent members (April or March 2012) to this forum defend Pousa saying that an investor doesn't have to invest after paying thousands to sign up for the services. Why wait until they sign up and pay big money just to evaluate the services? How does that not sound like a scam?

This is not to mention new account money transfers were only allowed by wire because somehow they received too much money at once and it closed their company credit and bank services. Investment Intelligence Corporation is said, by Senen Pousa, to manage 50 million (source: webinar interview with Elevation Group) but can't get new transfers of money handled? A 9 year old money service/motivational company unable to properly handle money transfers, or is not aware or unable to prepare beforehand for an influx of new money?! Instead spending weeks sorting it out? Telling people not to email because the assistants had a backlog of hundreds of emails? What investor wouldn't question the capabilities of Senen Pousa and Investment Intelligence Corporation?

I can get Tony Robbins DVD's for a lot less than the thousands Senen Pousa charges for the chance to review his motivational services.

A longtime member here, Shewolf, has found some information on Investment Intelligence Corporation. However, it doesn't look like they've been filing with the Australians Securities and Investment Commission since 2004? Why?
