Is there a way to get COT Index for commodities for free?

So far I have been only able to find free COT Charts on Barchart.com - Commodity, stock and forex; quotes, charts & analysis

And free COT Index, but only with a half-year lag, here: TRY IT! | COTbase.com
The up-to-date version is unfortunately for a fee.

And I cba to make my own out of the original CFTC data.
