Take the time to ask yourself these key questions:

  • [-]Can you imagine trading with total confidence every time you sit at your computer?
[-] Can you imagine doing it for a living?
[-] Can you imaging building true wealth through your trading business?
[-] Do you want to grow you account consistently, day after day, regardless of market condition?
[-] Are you looking for a method with very small risk per trade and a high winning percentage?
[-] Do you want a method that is scalable...that allows you to trade as large as possible as you gain experience?
[-] Are you looking for a method that has precise (to the tick) entry and exit rules, but still takes the context of the market into account for even greater success?
[-] Are you wanting a method that dynamically adjusts to the volatility of the market?
[-] Do you want to truly learn the art and the skill of trading?
[-] Are you ready to make an investment in yourself that will pay dividends for the rest of your life?

If so, then study and practice!

No, I'm not connected to the company. I thought my point was obvious...oh well...

What makes you say their claim is too good to be true?

You seem to have posted from their web site or an email, which is why I don't understand what you are saying.

I didn't say their claim was too good to be true but simply put the question,if you have any experience of the software perhaps you would care to comment please?

"a fool and his money are easily parted"

In your 1st Post you wrote...and I quote:

Why do I ask?
put simply it looks to good to be true, or is it?

So, why do you think
it looks to good to be true
?

Had a look at the site - I'd say it looks a bit better than a lot of the rubbish which vendors are peddling - sounds like it's based on MP/P+V rather than "magic indicators". That said, I doubt it is worth the money. Ultimately, your success will depend on your own ability to apply trading concepts, and I very much doubt that these guys have anything to say that isn't available for free, or at least cheaply, elsewhere.

You could sign up for this service, spend hundreds of hours looking at charts and demo trading, then come out profitable. Then again, your success will have more to do with your talents, and how much work you put in - if you can become profitable with these guys, you can almost certainly become profitable without them.

Hi, I paid $1500 for the eminidaytrader course a couple of months ago. I did not sign up to the $197-per-month indicators at that stage.
I found the course very interesting and taught a different methodology to anything I'd learned in the many (34 actually) trading courses I'd done previously.
There are no lagging indicators. Everything is based on price and volume and Market Profile is used to guage context.
I work full time and spent many hours learning not just the basic rules but all the nuances as well. I have to say, the guy who runs the course, made me feel like he was dedicated to my success. I have emailed him a good 100 + times I would say and he always responds in a manner that shows he has thought about my questions. I rate him very highly as an honest, decent and committed guy. I have bought software (and a lot more expensive too) from people who made me feel uncomfortable with their one-word responses to my questions.
EMDT does take a bit if getting your head around but I feel I have it nailed now.
This week I started trading in a sim account and I have been profitable, although obviously giving results for anything under about a 100-trade sample size is pretty irrelevant.
This post is to say that I am happy I purchased the course, I am chuffed at their customer service and I believe it will all work out. I will reveal my real-account results when I get to that stage.

Hi Js! I am interested in EMDT. That's why I wanted to kindly if you can post an update on the software and its results on your account.

I would very much appreciate an update of your testing since I am really considering buying it.

Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards,

Victor

finally stopped trading with their stuff

they do trade in real and are profitable with it

but that doesn't automatically mean that oneself does

I don't think that a lot of people can match their published results

The last sentence says it all....

The vendor was asked if they traded real time account ..."No ...we only teach"

So ...the obvious question...if it is so good ...why not trade it?

All their results are based on simulations and have a habit of "end of day missing trades"...losers.Simulations are easily manipulated.

Please do not waste your money on this vendor....if you are persuaded by this advice...send a cheque to the Red Cross or Salvos...money saved ...and you will feel good(y)

i don't understand why you think that they don't trade themselves
they do trade themselves, i see their trades on my charts and they are honest abt. their fills and bad trades
"The vendor was asked", who asked and when

It is not what I think that matters and I stated a fact ,not an opinion.

In October 08 they were asked by a prospective client if they have quote..' live accounts with similar results'...unquote ..Answer..quote' NO..we teach trading for a living' ..unquote.

And that is why you do NOT see the CFTC 4.41 disclaimer on their site as they are not claiming hypothetical results.

Furthermore, if they state that they did take those trades live ..they are subject to scrutiny by CFTC.

A series of trades described by this vendor was forwarded to a finance manager and audited...they turned out to be exaggerated and in some instances were impossible to obtain that specific price...strictly simulated .

It also seems that the system is subjective to the whims of the vendor...one day a specific condition is a set up and the next day it is not....

I am sorry you have wasted your money, but please don't lose any more ...if you are trading live...

to me this is nonsense
would you spend years of time to develop a software, hire a programmer, ...
and so forth and than not try to earn money with it and only teach?
to develop a system that works you have to trade it real
