My DOM isn't working properly, so I thought it was a good time to write down my thoughts on the missed fill.

Now that I'm going for substantial winners, and they often only occur 1 or 2 times a day, it makes sense to place my entries so that the market has to cut through the entire queue to genuinely test a level.

This makes sense for when I move up to decent size aswell. Plus takes away the doubt about whether to keep the order open if it is touched but not filled....

The good news is that the first trade played out exactly for a +6.0 profit. The bad news is that despite touching my order a couple of times I didn't get filled!

I must draw the positives from it, however, in that the level was a success

Anyway, the move has happened and I've moved on to:

Sell limit at 1272.25
Stop at 1276.25
Target at 1266.25

I'm excited about the 1263.25 level as it's an exact confluence between the Daily Pivot Point and a Resistance level from yesterday.

1272.75 will be good to carry forward as a pit resistance level, as will 1263.25 and 1257.25.

Good discipline kept today, with expansive targets planned if I had managed a fill.
